The Hernia Mole has learned that Texas Athletic Director Bill Powers (seen here looking rather gray faced in a urine colored suit) has been spending quite a bit of time with his old 'boozing & litigation buddy' Rusty Hardin. Multiple reports point to him making daily appearances in various Austin area honky-tonks happily washing down plates of pulled pork and heaping pints of Scotch.
