Worst heckler alive finds niche in sucking at life

Not sure what's worse, this extra from "The Town" screaming at the Lakers from his dorm room window, or the unfathmoable dipshit behind the camera who finds him funny. 

We're guessing Jeffrey Ross is already on high alert and crapping basketballs with the revelation of this up-and-coming zing master.
